Fisher Real Estate, LLC

BIOGRAPHY OF EMESE DIAN FISHER
I was born in Transylvania, Europe (no my uncle is not Count Dracula), speak Hungarian, Romanian and
English. Emigrated to California in 1981 and settled in North Hollywood.
Obtained my Real Estate license in 1986 and worked for 2 of the large nationwide companies and two smaller,
localized ones.
First I was associated with Century 21, where I received the best education that was available at the time in
both residential and commercial sales.
When my broker retired, I joined a medium sized well respected upscale company by the name of 'James R.
Garry & Associates'. There I refined my style and negotiation skills and concentrated on Real Estate law and
practice.
When I moved to Burbank CA I got affiliated with Re/Max Hillside realty, just 5 minutes from my home. It was
very convenient. There I had an opportunity to work with lots of celebrities and out of town relocation
executives. I also dealt with a lot of emigrants from Armenia, Russia, Philippines, China, Korea, Mexico, Spain,
England, Germany and Egypt. I have become a good listener and learned a sensitivity to minorities needs,
concerns and customs. I made a lot of good friends during this time and enjoyed the happiness I was able to
deliver to my clients. It was a great privilege that they let me into their private, financial and emotional lives. I
have always enjoyed the aspect of challenge in the changing environment of this profession.
When we moved to the beautiful city of Ruidoso New Mexico in 2003, I soon obtained my Qualifying Brokers
license. With all my past Real Estate experience I opened up my own business, called "Fisher Real Estate
LLC". So far I am managing to work in both states: Importing clients from California and Texas. My present
California association is with 'Powerhouse and Associates'. Interestingly the office manager is an ex co-worker
from James R. Gary's office.
In Ruidoso I have found my niche again. I am attracted to large acreages and 'character' homes. However I can
get just as excited about a low priced cabin, condo or just an investment property, whether commercial or
residential.
I have committed my life to the Real Estate profession. I do my business with integrity, dedication and expertise.
About my private life: I am happily married and have great support and assistance from my husband.
I have a successful daughter who has a doctor's degree in Neuroscience from UNT and lives in Texas.
My husband and I take care of his mother who has altzheimers disease. I find time for community service and
teach a 'stretch and tone' class in the Senior Citizen's Center twice a week. I also manage the time to tinker with
art painting, clay, gourds and making customized greeting cards.
My life is very fulfilling and well balanced. Thats one of the reason why I can offer clients a great experience in
their next Real Estate endeavour.
